“ I’ve been seeing Linke’s via Facebook foodie groups and today had time to try it and was pleasantly impressed! My gf and I ordered brisket, ribs, turkey, potato salad and coleslaw. The owner graciously gave us peach cobbler, potato casserole and “range balls,” his version of a Scottish egg. Y’all, the brisket was amazing and everything was delicious. Moist, tender, fall off the bone, flavorful and unpretentious bbq! 10/10 recommend ”

It’s an hour away from me, but well worth the drive. And the extremely friendly staff made me feel at home. I can’t wait to make the visit again. ”

I have been to many BBQ places in Texas that call themselves (and rated by magazines) as the best BBQ in the state, then I came to Linke's BBQ. Fatty Brisket was flavorful, just the right hint of smoke and tenderness. Love the beans and mac. Beans have great flavor! And the Peach cobbler, ugh. It's not too sweet, it's just the right amount that you can keep eating. It rounds out the meal properly. I give Linke's a 9.65/10 on the larger scale. Above Hurtados and Terry Blacks. Leaps and bounds ahead of Jambos, and Rudys. Will come back for the German Sausage when it becomes in stock again ”
“ Quite possibly the best ribs in Texas, and Texas hospitality at its finest! The ribs, sides and peach cobbler were all to die for. Try the ranch balls for a really unique and delicious experience! This place is little gem and definitely 5starz. ”
“ GREAT MEAT IN WILEY I really don't want to submit this review for 2 reasons. 1. Don't want to give a lot of praise on my first visit. I did that for a place in Rowlett, and my second visit was disappointing. 2. Don't want the lines to start forming, and prices began to soar.
